Employees are very rude and racist. Owner's wife is very vocal when frustrated about how she doesn't like minorities and doesn't want to deal with them. Owner's wife once went on a tirade about an 11 year old African American girl who was given the wrong change and spoke up. A friend of mine who knows the family confirmed this and also that they keep their prices on gas so low to lure you in, making most of their profit from other services. I was once charged $15 to simply plug a tire. I was a loyal customer for years until May of 2018 when the owner's wife verbally assaulted me in frobt of several customers over a mistake SHE made. I am proud to say I never spent another dime there. Not worth the convenience. I only go to Best of Boston up the street. They are very kind and welcoming there. They also do inspections at Best of Boston and mechanics are more trustworthy.
