Needs some updating

The mechanics Eli and Tony Select the cars and people they decide to help. I have had a few bad experiences with them both. I literally pulled up spoke with Tony and explained what I needed, he goes “pull up over there”. As I am waiting to get service done another vehicle pulled up for gas and an inspection and that person got their full attention. They had him pull right into the bay as I sat there for 10 minutes and both Tony and Eli walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I got out of my car and walked to the bay made eye contact with Tony and he never even said a word to me after that... my patronage seems to hold no value to this business and I will never attempt to revisit even out of desperation or refer anyone with car trouble there. Customer service rating- Very Very poor.
