Depending in who is working then the customer service can be great as some go above and beyond for their customers.

Gas pumps weren't working on the night of 11/28

Stopped for coffee first thing in the morning. And to fill my gas take because I get eight cents off a gallon w/ my fantastic 7-eleven APP!🎉🙏 AND, because I loaded my wallet with cash so I get 3x the points!! WIN-WIN!!! Nicely done as always 7-11‼️♥️🎉🙏Quick and easy. But then, I went to go grab a wonderful, delicious, hot cup of coffee - but the machine was open and empty.😧 So, I asked them if the coffee machine was broken or just open for cleaning or what. Woman with the broom said the girl (at the cash register) was cleaning it and putting new fresh coffee in it, ??? so, I waited - because 7-11 coffee is the best! But then, I kept waiting … aaaand, IIIII waited some more … 😳🤯😒… meantime, nobody is moving! Just talking - to each other… 😖 WTH! Is it too much to ask for a little coffee? This should have already been taken care of- right??? So, anyway, I walk over to the roller to grab a breakfast bite while I WAIT SOME MORE…😑 Bun tray overloaded with buns - that were hard as b

Pumps are old and not that clean. The gas hose doesn’t rotate so be prepared to hold a wound up fuel hose.
