Went inside to buy a snack and a GIANT RAT was sitting on the potato chips!! This was during the day which is even scarier.
Not enough pumps, and the station could be a lot cleaner. I think patrons miss the trash can on purpose.

Not too far off the highway. Easy on and off back to airport. Filled up rental Car and saved a bunch of money!!!

Would it be too much to pick up the trash around the pumps, pressure wash the exterior and make sure there's paper in the pumps for receipts?

Gas prices are incorrect on the signs. They do not change the signs regularly to reflect the prices at the pump. You have to go to the pump to get the correct gas price, do not use the signs to determine the days gas prices.
