Shell in Portland (16331 SE Powell Blvd)

They don't speak English. I used my Fred Meyers rewards card to buy gas and I had 60 cents off a gallon. The guy at the pump said 60 cents and I said yes. Yet when they ran my card they charged me $2.959 a gallon so 7.9 gallons cost over $23. I didn't look at the receipt until I was home and called. They didn't understand or pretended he didn't I told him I was reporting them to FM. He said okay and hung up on me. Points expire tomorrow and while on phone with FM customer service (40 minutes) I got disconnected. Just gave points to my daughter. I'll never go there again!!!
