gas station should have a better entrance from the parking lot

Great gas price with membership. However, be aware that one particular associate tend to turn off the air earlier than closing time (10pm) on weekdays or whenever he works. And also he tries to block the entry from cars trying to come in the last mins to fill their tank. Which is ironic because you don't see any associates help direct traffic when it's prime time. They would let the cars line up super long and create a huge congestion. While the Costco nearby always hand people direct and guide members through a smooth transaction. BUT, overall the price is great and the same as the one from Costco nearby.

This is a bare bones has station, just gas pumps and air for tires (because restrooms and "convenience store" items are inside BJ's), but the equipment is top notch -- clean and efficient, and you can't beat the prices!

Terrible flow of traffic to get in and to wait in a pump's lane behind another vehicle. Requires a membership, which is sometimes offered on Groupon.

6 out of 10 times their pumps are running extremely slow. It takes you 15-20 min to pump gas. Every other month pump station is closed for a period of a week or two for unknown reasons. Their station layout is horrible and no more than two cars can wait behind a pump station and as a result you have long lines of cars waiting to be fueled all the way out in parking lot. No wonder bjs can't grow business when they can't seem to fix these common issues which I don't find with other gas stations. Remember, you are paying member to pump at their pump stations. I have gone to their other locations and same problems are there. Very sad
