This location is always very busy and chaotic!! Tight next freeway exit and also cars traveling west from Scottsdale to Phoenix. Lots of people getting on /off bus as well. Be patient trying to get through the crowd.
Good station always busy and half gas pumps never working but big selection inside
Area is getting a touch sketchy, but well run station, good convenience store, average prices.

Price says 2.49 on Gas Buddy, and 2.69 cash price at the pump. the sign out front deceitfully makes the price look like 2.35. I have pictures to show it.

Half the pumps were closed down and 2 homeless people approached me asking me for money while I was pumping gas. This is definitely not a station I will return to.
