I'm going inside the Store, because, the (Outside) Gasoline pump did not get a record of the Gas pumped. >When I went inside to get my receipt from the Clerk, the amount is correct. >>when I received my Bank Statement there was a charge on my account that I don't change at this Shell station.

Their pumps are new and weren't working properly. It accepted my Shell rewards card and showed my discount per gallon but the pump didn't reduce the per gallon price by that amount. I told the attendant and he said the software was new and it would give me the discount at the end. It didn't sound right but I took his word for it. Big mistake. It didn't discount anything at the end and the attendant basically said tough - nothing he could do. Terrible customer service. Will not get gas here again.
