cashier is clueless to how Kroger plus discount works. machine failed to pump gas after discount taken so lost entire savings.
Advertise cash price but actual is 10-20c higher. Go to the QuickTrip instead and save $$
on the large outdoor sign advertising prices "87" gas priced $1/ gallon but on my individual pump (and 75% other pumps) "87" gas priced $3.69/ gallon (premium's price) "premium" gas was priced as "87" seems sketchy... so i took my reciept inside & asked about this, um, mix-up. but they acted as if they didnt know what was going on...but i did, so i left but i did, so I left. less than 3 minutes, i received notification from my bank about a fraudulent card charge I just feel bad for the people who didn't realize about the swap price and I knowingly paid extra

Paid inside to get diesel and nozzle wouldn't fit in my vehicle. Went back inside to be told I would have to wait for my $50 back when it was taken off my card as debit. Young lady working alone with no clue how to do refund. Service sucks!!!
