Family stopped for gas, buy drinks/snacks and use restrooms-although two restrooms available they reserve one for employees.so much for customer service

These guys work really hard, and they care about their customers. They’re sometimes more expensive, but the customer service (usually) is great. There’s a couple of them who really like to sit around, but most come running to pump. Restrooms are always clean, there’s very few unwanted visitors outside, a safe place to be. Their ATM does not work as lately. The coffee is fresh, and their coffee soda bar is regularly cleaned. They have a merchandiser that comes through and makes sure the food and products are fresh, in addition to the regular staff. Selection is convenient and not as overpriced as other convenience stores. They accept up to 50 recycling cans in a day. Brand new car wash at a great price. Downside: It seems that the cashiers are being pressured to use their self scanning machine even when the cashier is available to do it and it doesn’t accept their fuel card for 10 cents off which is frustrating.
