Berkeley Gas & Smog in Berkeley (3000 Shattuck Ave)

No paper/receipts at pump. (#2)

Nice peoples, one of the cheapest stations in Berkeley. Has a bathroom which is appreciated. Also smog if you need it. Good hours too! Great lighting. Atm machine and working air/water.

Cheap gas, usually super busy and hard to get into but worth it for the price

I paid with my card at the pump, and although it only took $22 to top off, they actually drained my entire bank account, and when I pressed yes for a receipt, the screen said my receipt was inside.... however, "inside" is completely closed, so I took a picture, and am now panicking sitting in my car, not sure what to do, as I live an hour away, and now have no money, and am currently working.... this is kiiiiind of terrible. Although they did charge me cash prices even though I used my card, but that's a very thin silver lining in light of the fact they took ALL of my money, including the money saved on the cheaper prices.... probably a different story if there was an attendant here, but I'd say to be safe and NOT pay at the pump here.... not quite sure what to do now, or how to prove this, given the pictures I took might be weak evidence and I can't get an actual receipt or record of what happened.... cheap gas, terrible system.... to say the VERY least....

This station is my favorite in Berkeley!

They would not accept my gas buddy card, and it didn't work at the pump either.
