Pilot in Charlotte (3807 Statesville Ave)

A truck stop stop only. Tourists felt unwelcomed.

Pumps are slow and never have receipt paper loaded in them.

I've been yo this station a few times and every pump there's buttons messed up or broken which makes pumping gas a bigger pain than it should be.

Gas used to always be the cheapest in a 1-2 mile radius. Now other stations are the same or cheaper. What's affecting the rating though is the signage...Pilot makes too much money to still be using the old school manual marquee; the numbers are always peeling or just plain missing so you can never be to sure of the gas price! I thought this was illegal! Also, I get that there is a lot of truck traffic but their parking lot is way too torn up. You have to navigate around potholes if you don't want to jack up your vehicle.

Good location in the city for truckers to stop,rest and get a quick bite.

gas price sign doesn't always match the pump. sign price as much at 10 cent different
