ARCO in Yucaipa (31340 Yucaipa Blvd)

The customer service lady cashier was very RUDE the day after Xmas!!! Uncalled for and she needs to be nice to the customers of this particular AM/PM!!!

Not only do they pass the credit charge on to you, but they'll lock up the store at night and not let you in. I've tried various times to go in just to grab a coffee and snack around 11pm-12am and it's locked. Guy's sitting at the register, looks at the door then goes back to playing on his phone.

Requires use of debit card only and then adds a $.35 charge on top of your gas!! What is THAT all about? Is it even legal to advertise one price but add another charge??!? Oh , and the restrooms are OUT OF ORDER!!

Endless excuses as to getting the same two pumps (front and back freeway facing pumps away from the building -- avoid) to correctly distribute receipts for the past six months. Often rude and act as if only an IQ of 50. Laziness is the employee model of operations. Otherwise it's a standard Arco.
