Need to put better prices up and on the website and be nicer in store with service to them
Had to use 3 different pumps. 2 pumps, the key pads wouldn't work. I noticed they had 2 pump nozzles covered with plastic bags.
How much money should you take to be considered a reasonable profit, without investing the money back in the business. O_o
Well here in Ohio when I buy cigarettes I expect them to have the ohio tax stamp on the bottom but, at sunoco you'll most likely find that they have the Kentucky state tax stamp on them but you are paying the ohio price while they pull in a much higher profit by selling Kentuckys cheaper priced cigarettes.

the employees obviously do not care about the cleanliness of the inside/outside of the station and the night shift will randomly put a sigh in the window saying (back in 15 minutes) and will disappear for 1-3 hours and not serve customers and in some cases you can literally see the employee through the window sitting down behind the counter almost out of site and ignoring the customers knocking and hitting the 'ring for service" button, it's ridiculous.
