Clerk "closed " because he didn't want to cash my ticket but paid the guy that walked in as I was leaving. Terrible service

Stopped at this gas station expecting to pay $2.09 after the Gas Buddy and Shell Rewards discounts. Gas was advertised at $2.19. When I pulled up to the pump, it said $1.83!!! So, after both discounts I paid $1.73 a gallon. Not sure if someone put the prices in incorrectly or what happened. Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. :)
