Esso in Hamilton (917 Upper James St)

Went there one time to get gas. After I paid at the cashier to get mid-grade gas and went Back to fill my gas and pressed mid grade. IT wont Let me. So I pressed the button for the cashier to let her know that the pump wasnt working. But she kept insisting putting regular gas. And I told her so many times that I paid for mid grade. So I went Back inside and told her not to put regular because I paid for mid grade. But she told ME that I am not allowed to get gas there because I dont know How to press the pump. And I told her that you dont know How to listen. Because I wanted mid grade and you keep giving me regular. So anyway I asked for refund and she gave IT to me and told me I a.m no longer allowed to get gas there. Thats all. Rude old lady. Terrible customer service

drive through timmies is the great advantage of this station

This station must have the absolute slowest pumps in the city especially if there are a lot of cars filling up. it's painful how slow it is especially if your filling up a large tank like a truck

Today two pumps were out of regular. But they offered supreme for 99.6.

Clean well lit and nice staff

Not the price from gas buddy ($152.3) but their price is $164.9. Is this app useful or not? Customers are wasting gas finding a good price just to save a bit.
