Customer service has always been excellent here but I do want to say that after 10 pm you must pay for at the window
Been getting gas here and using my Meijer CitiCard to pay for it for years. Pay off balance every month. Last week my card was "denied" at the pumps. I called the credit card company and was told my card was fine. Spoke with the station employee AND the store manager on duty and got no help. Store manager didn't even offer to look into the problem and get back with me. I had to insist and still haven't heard back from her.

My wife had problems with pumps not accepting the zip code, and then after she went inside the guy at the counter acted like she was a bother. she bought $35.01 in gas and was charged an extra $34.00. This is the last time we buy gas at this station. We have to get bank to dispute this extra charge.
