Homestead Car Wash & Gas in Santa Clara (3500 Homestead Rd)

rude attendant, closes early, verrrrrrry sllllllllllow fuel pump. 20 minutes to fill 20 gallons of diesel!!! when I told the attendant that pump is barely pumping, she said I can't hear you, come over here and tell me, as she was already outside the booth around islands.

No longer a Shell but an Independent gas station. Was $2.89 for regular, 20 cent discount with car wash.

good place overall, the fuelRewards prompt here is displayed after putting in your credit card/zip code. The question is phrased differently and no clear way to answer, just answer yes to the question about joining and your reward will kick in afterwords. Kudos for free air/water between the two gas pump islands. (only available during staffed hours) carwash is a bit on the pricy end for a machine car wash.

Although they are supposedly open till 8 PM, at 7:45 the attendant would not even tell me whether they take Apple Pay or not - would not speak to me at all. Prices are good, customer service, at least on December 6, 2021, utterly sucked.

The gas is 20 cents less when you purchase a car wash that's only $8.99, which the wash does a pretty good job. Bring a towel with you to do a quick wipe down of very little water afterwards. Hard to beat the price for gas or the wash. Very Happy!

Good place to get gas

The car wash is good and they offer a reduced price/ gallon with car wash. The people who work here are nice and friendly.

A car wash is required to receive the lower gas prices (plus the cost of the car wash). It will be ~20 cents more per gallon without a wash but the price is still less than surrounding gas stations.
