BP in Mayfield Heights (6680 Mayfield Road)

Newly renovated but they didn’t upgrade the pumps so their systems take AGES to process any card transactions at the pumps. They are also painfully slow at pumping in general. This is the worst BP around.

receipt does not eject automatically. by the time you cap your tank and put back the hose, you are advised to get your receipt inside. with cane in hand this old lady strains to go inside. Only one clerk without mask, now 3 customers waiting while no.1 customer cashes in maybe 30 lottery tickets. I didn't dare wait for him to purchase more tickets. pandemic going on .. hotspot Hillcrest area. I left without receipt. life is more important.

Room for improvement. Manager is not nice at all

Diesel pumps are broke. Both are bagged.

Not a great station, nice employees. Sheetz I’m town is my favorite option for mayfield area
