This Arco is one of the best proces in the neighborhood. Generally I gas up during the day. I have driven past it at night and sometimes the homeless are there. Because of the low prices, it can be busy during commuter hours.
very clean, well lit, felt safe even though the neighborhood has some problems
it's pretty spacey so you wouldn't have to wait for a pump. Also easy to get from pump to pump
Not the safest place to pump gas after 8 pm. If you need to talk to the cashier you have to do it from the window
