Shell in Mississauga (6985 Hurontario St)

Very bad customer service. Very rude. I went for car wash and when it didn't wash properly it took them 10 min before they reprint another car wash because they had to serve all other customer first, as if I m not a customer ?!

poor customer service and car wash is terrible. miterally no soap in wash, and as local resident I have seen their soap and mixtures levels decrease and prices go up. independent wheel cleaners do not work (wheel cleaner has not worked for almost 2 years and they still charge a premium for their top car wash). Do not pay for their top tier car wash. gas prices on avg a tad higher then others, but you are paying for shell fuel which I have always used as they contain no ethanol at their premium levels.
