Shell in Indianapolis (7902 W 10th St)

Drive there to get diesel for $2.20. Pumps not working. Disappointed cause this was a good price.

This station often has the cheapest gas prices on the west side of Indianapolis. Couple that with getting $0.10 off for Kroger Fuel Rewards and it's a good deal. The only negative is that the pumps don't print receipts. You have to go inside and ask for it.

Cashiers are rude. CSR stays on phone. Nobody ever greets you. Never a thank you. Don’t offer to bag items. Just down right nasty attitudes. They try and keep change (coins).

Ok to visit during the day. I have been told that at night it may not be so safe

Would be nice to get the receipts at the pumps instead of having too generate my own. This sucks!

Shells used to be top notch, but it seems like most of them have been sold and resold to foreigners that don’t care about customer service.

Pump speed turn down so low you’re there for a half an hour just trying to fill your tank

Would not accept my Gas Buddy card under any of the options
