Esso in Courtice (1451 Hwy 2)

Bought a LUXURY car wash and it didn't even clean the normal dirt. Complained to the cashier/owner Shahid, he was very rude and said that's the best it can do and that's all there is to it. He should've allowed me to go again in the car wash or should've apologized for the quality of the car wash. But instead I was treated as if I don't matter and the service I receive doesn't matter. Worst customer service ever. Never going to another Esso.

watch out for double charging

The window wash stations are never filled, there's garbage all around the gates where the garbage bin is. This station is probably only 5-6 years old and it looks awful. Government subsidizes foreigners to help start a business and they can't even keep the place clean as a thank you for supporting them.

Not friendly at all

This Esso station is one of the best gas stations around, it has friendly staff great lighting a built-in Tim Hortons and a wonderful car wash.

this station is terrible when it comes to customer service.The two men that work are always rude to women.

Good car wash when working otherwise regular gas station. One guy that works the cash got a attitude but the rest have been good with me.

Manager and employees are rude, car wash does not work very well.
