Marathon in Chicago (7130 N Western Ave)

Some people will drive right out of a bank parking lot with their receipts hanging. I am not one of those people. I like receipts. I still balance my checkbook. I still check my online accounts daily. So I have a special bone to pick with gas stations that do not fill up their receipt paper. What is the point of paying outside to have to go inside anyway? I had never been to this station before, but GasBuddy said it was the closest one around. Never again. I walked in. No one is at their register. They're in the back yell-talking to each other. One person eventually came up. He waved me over to another register. I mentioned there was no paper. He kept yell-talking to someone else, never made eye contact and just flicked the printed receipt under the window. First and last time. I can guarantee that.

Terrible customer service. Gross bathroom and inside.

Bad service no accountability whatsoever. If someone blames you for bad gas and should go have your own mechanic look at it and confirm and not just sit there and argue with the customer.

It's 24)7 which is a plus but during the daytime the guy in charge is a hostile jerk. Nighttime the guy in charge is more friendly but services are limited to basic stuff like tires. Also the parking lot is full of potholes which is good for business I guess. They're changing over to BP as their gas station which may be an improvement but we'll see.

They have a car wash but very little room for drying or vacuuming and the asphalt is in rough shape, so is the minimart??? If it can be called that

If you're headed towards the lake on Touey, the top most gas price light is disoriented and you often can't differentiate between the last cent number. Very minor thing, but it's been like that for at least 5 months now
