Try to use my points at the pump and it kept telling me invalid number, it's the only number I have and the only one that I use and that I use everywhere else, so waste my time because then I got to make phone calls for a half an hour at the customer service to get my points on my account manually this the third time since they've opened that I've had this problem,

Don't come here unless you can afford full service. I know some will transfer money to a card and then charge the company's card to avoid ridiculous bank hold fees. That is not the case here and you'll be out $175 for several hours or until the next business day.
