Friendly staff and clean store

Trash cans overflowing gas pumps trickling gas slower than molasses and the gas fumes lingering in the air are alarming! Their prices fluctuate all day everyday and it’s a new location! Stick to the basics to build

Nice exterior, plenty of room around pumps. Inside store, well stocked. Nice coffee blends, just needs to be brewed stronger. Really weak. Restroom really needs attention. Trash scattered everywhere, toilet seat dirty, trash can full. Employee doesn't seem to know about the product to answer questions. Has all the bones to be a great store/station, needs to be kept picked up and clean
