Esso in Toronto (2775 Birchmount Rd)

If your car needs Extra (89), Premium (91) or Premium+ (93), DO NOT FILL up here, this station charges 15 cents more per liter than the other Esso station nearby. This station never lower the prices for these 3 grades, always a lot higher (12-15 cents per liter) than the other Esso station within 1 km. If you don't believe me, go and check it out yourself. I checked 3 times to confirm this.

When I go there there, the prices are always dfferent.

I went to this station because it has a low price for regular unleaded gas 159.9. I was empty already. I was informed that their system is not working. It may take one hour or one hour and a half to have it fixed. I waited for the system to be fixed. When the system came up, I moved to the pump. When I was about to put gas in the tank, I saw the price was 169.9. I brought it up to one of the staff. He called another staff member who might be a more senior title. I said, "Why is it not the same price as before?" He rudely said well the price went up." I had no choice but to put in 20.00 worth of gas. Now I checked on Gas buddy, and the price is 159.9. I think I was taken advantage of by making me pay for the highest price.

If you see the price submitted by Toronto_bingo, don’t ever trust it. I suspect the user is either the gas station owner or the staff. Shame on the disgusting strategy.
