Although they advertised that they accepted Kroger fuel points I was unable to access the program at the pump although I tried twice. The attendant wasn’t able to do make the transaction inside. Then I was notified that Shell charged me $1.00 per attempt.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Krogers program with the phone number will work on the pump. If you are using Kroger’s barcode card you have to visit inside store.
When is opening date for the place? Will they have Regular, Plus, V Power & Diesel at that place?
Yes we do thank you for your interest Opening on May 9 2023
Clerks are friendly, sometimes you have to remind them to give you your loose change!! I've had to do that on a couple separate occasions. Don't think it was purposefully done to keep the money, she was just busy. They are always nice and very clean store. Not always well stocked. But they try. Give them time, they are a new store.
Went in to use Kroger points worked fine would go again
Shiny new store
When I visit this station it is very nice clean & lots of new items Restrooms is nice & clean & lots of variety of beers & one more thing Dunkin is in same place so this perfect one stop location
The right-side tire air machine from the store’s perspective could not pump air into my tires and I thought it was washer nuts on the valves that prevented this machine from being able to pump air, so I drove home and use pliers to take the washer nuts off and drove back; I explained the issue and asked him to activate free air since the machine ate my $2 in quarters the first time, but they don’t have that ability in-store, so he gave me quarters to try again. The machine seemed to be working properly, but it was very slow and kept malfunctioning with errors, which wasted my 5 min. that only 2 tires were filled up. Obviously, I went back into the store and asked for more quarters, but he said he can’t keep giving out quarters and said the errors must be my fault; I walked out and I’m very disappointed in the customer service. Instead, go to Kroger’s gas station on Glendale & South Detroit to ask them for free air; they’ll activate it multiple times, no questions asked, but plan accor
