North Route Fuels in Timmins (2390 Riverside Dr)

Appalling experience. Machine locked my card inside for over 20 minutes before tech support unlocked it, Then paid for $75 worth of gas which was taken out of my bank account immediately, for not a single drop of gas to come out of the nozzle. Then Spent over an hour with tech support simply trying to get the gas that I paid for, or a refund. And was met with nothing but elevator music. Update: 2 hours later Not a single resolution, no refund, no compensation, and no gas. Now down $75 with the explanation of “sorry” for tech support before ending communication. The most blatant theft I’ve ever experienced. Use your own judgment, but I highly recommend going to any gas parlour besides NorthRoute.
