Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Great customer service is a top priority for us and we apologize that you had a poor experience. Your feedback helps us to improve and it is appreciated. We have checked all pumps over and over and have found no skimmers and have had no complaints, we escalated this to our CC processor and they have found nothing, perhaps a one off, however we will continue to monitor, thanks for bringing it to our attention.
Sonoco from Houston Texas charged my card $175 three different times after I got gas in Swifton. Over $500 in total. I drive thru Swifton 5 days a week for work, and always stop in this station on my way home because the girls working are so friendly. I have personally made a complaint with my bank & someone named Tracy who I believe is the area manager over all their local stations. She acted as if I was bothering her by calling to address this issue. She informed me that she doesn't see how it is the company's fault my card was charged. I plan on stopping in the station tonight to speak with one of the girls working about getting in touch with someone besides Tracy.
They are stealing people's money left & right & then say they have had "no complaints" that's total BS because I was the 1st to make a complaint.
