Sheetz in Willoughby (6035 Som Center Rd)

People park at the pumps during peak times and take their good old time in the store, and there is no one to prevent this from happening. I sat and waited about 10 min for a pump to open on a Saturday night around 10pm, then I went over to BP to get gas instead. Around 30 min had went by since I first arrived at the Sheetz, so out of curiosity, I went back, and every single car that was parked at a pump was still there. The cops were sitting in the parking lot and they're worthless. Forget trying to come here at busy times if you need gas. Rude patrons everywhere.

If you don't have a diesel vehicle. Stay off the diesel pumps please.

For having just opened recently, the parking spaces as well as the pumps are both almost always pretty much full even though there is another station on either side of them. The people have spoken!

Do not drink coffee. Customer Service Representatives are very friendly. Bathroom has always been clean.

Sheetz is the best gas station company and it’s not even close
