BP in Kettering (2361 S Smithville Rd)

Customer service lacking. Workers often rude and inattentive.

Its all around ok as far as having fuel that is usually a few cents per gallon cheaper than most stations around within a few miles around N. Kettering/ S.Dayton. I have to agree with others by saying not always the cleanest or rarely has paper towels or windshield wash fluid at pumps. The staff mostly ok, but the best employee there often is the black lady who sounds African, she is very polite & friendly. other than that most everything is marked up higher than most speedway prices inside & the carwash is usually down or not the best around as well , esp. for the $ price. What they do not wanna talk about or most forget or don't know is there was a random shooting/murder here 2-3 yrs ago from a young punk stemming from road rage/personal incident turned into a chase for miles from Dayton. unfortunately, it happened in middle pump area outside, all over news KPD investigation, was late night event.

all of the trash cans are full, there's trash on the ground, pump areas are dirt. could use a good scrub.
