Esso in London (591 Oxford St W)

VERY BAD and POOR CARWASH. Under spray only 10 second wash time 2 minutes, dry 40 seconds. It's a Garbage SET UP!

They have a Radius touchless Carwash. they set up the carwash extremely poor. It's old machine but could do better job If They set up properly. Don't be too smart ESSO. Do not set up the carwash too short time because you been busy. The customer have patient to wait to use GOOD WASH... It was worst experience. That's why Petro Can cross the street carwash was busy and not ESSO.

The receipt on the pump was taking a while to load and print

They close early and have a tiny box as their customer service but i guess its an okay ga sstation considering its very clean and the lighting is good

Has a cat wash

Good service, no waiting in line for a fillup, has a Mr Lube store also!!

Overall it is good. But can be improved much more.

It’s alway very friendly and helpful cashier
