Nasty Nasty employee. Years I fill up 2 vehicles at Jump Start every week to the tune of over $340.00 a month. Only at this location my membership number does not work at the soda for an inflated .80 discount on a soda. Female long dark haired was so nasty and rude after I filled up my gas tank again, went for a soda that I will not and my family will NEVER NEVER BUY GAS at any Jump Start again. Good customer service work nasty woman. You wasted a soda and lost your employer over $340.00 in my vehicles alone and likely 3 times that amount from my family. Jump Start could give the soda away for that kind of loss. How many customer loses can Jump Start sustain before they start hiring better employees? It will be a lot. We will go elsewhere, we have been using 100% gas at Casey's occasionally for smoothly running vehicles.
