Esso in Burlington (1134 Plains Rd W)

BUYERS BEWARE! Just left here 04-15-20. Used two different pumps and after I started pumping I left go of the handle and the pump counter still kept going even though there wasn't any gas going into my vehicle. They still made me pay full price even though what was put into my car is DEFINITELY not what I got in fuel.

Printers are alway out of paper. Last week was the 5th time I asked the attendant to do some basic maintenance on his pumps. Poor attitude. The attached Tim Hortons franchise food quality really sucks. The wait times are terrible.

Lately the trend is that the restrooms are no longer available at these gas stations/Tim Horton locations. This is not the Canadian way! Real Canadians have restrooms for people. It is not beneath you to clean a restroom, keep it open and do the right thing!

This ESSO was badly needed. There was no gas stations between Aldershot and Hamilton. It was needed and it’s great! Clean, great prices, Tim Hortons Drive Thru- friendly staff. It has it All!

Usually l pass other stations to buy gas here since prices are lower..yesterday l was really disappointed. Prices here were 3 - 5 cent higher per ltr than other stations close by
