This station places a $151 hold on your credit card when you pay at the pump, even if you just bought $20! The clerk will blame your bank but the truth is Pilot places the hold…not your bank.

Hi Joe, if you're referring to a hold on your credit card of $151, for pay-at-the-pump on a Visa card, your hold should only be for a few hours. If it has not cleared in four hours, please call Visa and ask them to release it. They place the hold, not Pilot Flying J. If you're referring to a different set of charges, please reach out to our Guest Services team at 877-866-7378.
