Shell in Shonto (US-160)

Restrooms were reasonably clean. There's a c-store and laundry mat. The pumps are woefully slow. Was able to go inside use restroom and return and only six gallons had pumped.

We were just at the gas station and my kid came out of the mens restroom stating him eyes were burning and that the bathroom had a strong bleach smell. Staff need to review chemicals and not mix them. We have washed his eyes out but he is still having pain and blurry vision an hour later.

Being a local, this location is generally kept clean inside and outside. The staff is generally friendly with everyone. Much of the parking lot spaces are sometimes people just leaching off the free WiFi with no agenda to use the services. Connection to the WiFi service for those doing laundry is almost impossible because inside cellular service is limited or blocked.
