Customer service is not rude per se, but the staff's demeanor does not come across as being very cordial. Impressed with the neat and clean store appearance.
Gas price is always higher, even with Gas card. Kroger has a loyalty program that is geared to Groceries purchase.

Biggest issue is receipt never is available at pumps. Personnel claim they refilled printers at pump but I have always had to go inside store and ask for a receipt.
