Scissortail Travel Stop in Norman (3640 W Tecumseh Rd)

The man that works here all the time (working tonight 10/15) is an absolute gem & one of the reasons I continue to come here to buy vapes! He is so kind and friendly & truly the epitome of customer service. :) If I were still in the business, I’d try to recruit him to come work for me! Just all-around great customer service.

I used to go to this gas station regularly, that is until today. I will no longer be a customer because when I pulled up to pump 2 and put my card in the machine froze up on “remove card”. I stood there for about 7 mins and hit cancel several times on the machine only to then realize I need to ask the attendant to cancel it. I walk in and ask her if she could reset pump 2 and the cashier says “oh well that’s actually broken.” Hmmm, kay. I asked her “well, it’s stuck on please remove your card. What do I do about that?” She says “you’ll have to leave it and use another pump.” First off, I told her they need to put up signs and she didn’t say anything . This gas station knows that pump wasn’t working and they’re not going to do anything about it to let the public know? Alright whatever, she wasn’t helpful in the least. I go to use another pump and OH GUESS WHAT, it doesn’t work. Never going back to this gas station again, I’ll go down the street to 7 eleven where I know I’ll get good cus

Still pretty clean for being at least a 5 year old station. Clerks are friendly but the fuel price is always on the high side of pricing around town.
