Fuel City in Haltom City (1715 Haltom Rd)

Avoid their Car wash at all cost!!!! I took my 07 Tacoma X-runner to get a wash, half way into the tunnel I heard 2 loud pops, when I parked by the Vacuum station right away I noticed the left and right skirts were hanging, I got the manager on duty right away which he had me complete a claim form, after filling the form he advised me to come back the next day to talk to the car wash GM, the next day I went and talk to a guy name "Adrian" which claimed to be the GM, he told me that he reviewed the video but they couldn't do anything about the damages because my car was "more than 5 years old", THE SIDE SKIRTS ARE FACTORY EQUIPPED! and because my car is an 07 you will not respond for damages caused by your faulty equipment??? After several minutes the manager didn't want to resolve the problem, I asked for his superiors number or email, he mentioned that there is nobody above him. Ladies and Gentleman, if you have a classic or any other vehicle that is not less than 5 years old do not

Unless you are a fan of prepaying for gas, stay away from here. I never have as many problems with pay at the pump as I do at this gas station. Use a debit card? Nope. Prepay at the counter. Use a major credit card? Sure, but don't go over $50. It is difficult to fill an empty gas tank and get a car wash on $50. And you try to bring it up at the folks at the register, and all you get is excuses about thievery. I just want to get my fuel without being treated as if I were a thief. Been here half a dozen times, and have had issues getting my payment taken all but once! I WILL NOT come back to this station, and I'd be hard pressed to return to a fuel city at all.
