Some pumps are prepay but they have no signs telling you this so the customer has no way of knowing this so you try to pump fuel only to get told pump is pre pay . Waste of customers time to not give proper instructions at the pump..

Car wash, close to Carle hospital

The store itself was clean and friendly staff. However there were at least 4 panhandlers outside asking for money right at the doors to go inside and employees did nothing. Homeless people hanging out on almost every side of the building.

Good size lot

I bought a $15 car wash at the pump. i had to go inside for the receipt, stand in line and then see a small sign taped to a register saying the car wash was closed for repair. They won't offer a refund. Poor service!I won't be back for a long time!
