When we came to Utah 40 years ago, Maverick was the best place to buy gas. It was cheaper than anywhere else and the service was great. Now that Maverick is grown and they're one of the big boys there's the most expensive and the service is somewhat lackadaisical.I don't buy Maverick anymore unless it's an emergency.
It was ridiculous trying to get in and out of the station. The bathroom was filthy, and the cashiers seem like they didn't care if they wanted to help customers or not.
Especially convenient if heading eastbound on Riverdale Rd. Turn in just past the station and double back. Then, re-enter Riverdale Rd. at the same place for an easy right-hand turn.
