Sinclair in Santa Rosa (I-40 Frontage Rd)

easy access for large rv

don't think their pumps are registering correct gallons. It showed correct price but we've never held that many gallons. Store gave us me and husband bad vibes...I would go on down the road.

Needs major customer service overhaul.

Big sign on door says if your not buying fuel you can't use restrooms. Witnessed Personale patrolling patrons trying to bust people that didn't buy gas. Very rude. Ladies room has no privacy wall between toilets. Crude and creepy place stay away. Unsafe atmosphere!

Foreign Management questionable.

Highway Robbery, only pumped two gallons of DEF and my credit card was charged $45.50. attendant refused to refund the overcharged amount. Very disappointed with their customer service no one spoke any English at all.

one of the dirtiest filthy places i have stopped. bathroom was gross, no tp no water to wash. only thing good was the current price.

Ok diesel price, but not a real a Sinclair station. Unable to use Sinclair Dinopay app or get the fuel rewards discount here. Restroom is disgusting and very run down. Challenging to communicate with staff.

pump slow !!!!! rejected card at pump had to go inside and leave credit card while filling.
