Flying J in Springfield (4939 W Chestnut Expressway)

Needs to be more competitive on price of fuel.

👍 Just built and opened few years ago. Spacious, brightly-lit park lot with plenty of space around their several gas pumps (all covered). Been to this location 30+ times - always clean inside & out. Big restrooms with lots of stalls. Yep. They have always been clean, too. Excellent retail and food selection - features an in-house menu (try the pizza!) with a solid # of options, a full-menu Wendy's (with both indoor tables and drive-thru), fresh-baked AuntieAnne's during the day, touch screen fountain drinks (dozens of options), lots of snacks/bottled drinks, & the majority of amenities any road trip might call for! Their posted fuel price is consistently the lowest with-in several miles, but you can save even more by quickly signing up with their free "rewards" program to receive an additional 3 cents per gallon (works both right away, and with all future gas purchases at all Pilot / Flying J locations). THE BEST gas station/convenience store/pit-stop north of Buckee's

Very convenient access to I-44. Restroom is right up front as you walk in, so that is very nice and handy. Husband said men's restroom wasn't that clean.
