Gas prices here and just down the road 1/4 mile are the highest prices on the entire island! If going towards Hilo, there's another station 11 miles away and 37 miles away in Naalehu if going towards South Point.
They charge a dollar per gallon more than anywhere else. I noticed the customer before me pumped only 2 gallons. So did I. If they lowered their prices to, say, 20¢ higher than going rate, I suspect more people would simply fill up all the way, so I'm the end, they name now.

It's two small pumps outside a convenience and souvenir store. The good: they keep pumps open after the store closes. The bad: the store closed before 5 minutes prior to its scheduled closing time—hence my "bad" CS rating. You do NOT close before advertised with no reason given, period.
