Staff is not very helpful. Tea is flashing old for both sweet and unsweet. I was told repeatedly that it was going to be awhile she her coworker just left and she was the only one there. QT has it done to less than 3 minutes to start a new batch. Same machines
They advertise they have propane but every time I go they don't have somebody that can dispense it. They have one person in the store.
Staff very rude!!! i only needed propane, which was of great inconvenience, they eventually got around to it. Also, Hot Chocolate machine broken, has been.
