Shell in Burbank (181 W Alameda Ave)

Whatever you do, do not get a car wash! It is terrible and they will not refund you or give you a new one. Horrible customer service as well.

As a gas station owner myself I was very disappointed in the service provided to me. Out of convenience, I stopped by the shell to get a car wash. I paid for a super premium car wash and proceeded into the car wash area. I waited for the car in front of me to finish. The car in front of me finished its car wash. So I pulled forward for my car wash. However, nothin happened... I parked my car at a pump and went to talk to the attendant. She told me that the car in front of me stole my wash.... i said okay I want my refund... she said no refund... how is a customer suppose to know if the car in front of it stole its car wash. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be returning to the gas station for a car wash.

Very bright and active type of surroundings!.. Which is conveniently right across the street from “(CVS, Ralph’s, Hamburger-Habit, & Starbucks).” Across the road to the left… And while heading the other direction, & crossing to the right… You’d quickly enter the parking lot of both, “(Walgreen’s, and Trader Joe’s…)” So basically everything essentially needed is 50-100 feet away!

They have a car wash and let you use the air/water free after gas purchase.

Similar to other gas stations but do not get the car wash, isn't worth it.

This station gets progressively more run down every time I visit. The pumps are now covered in graffiti, the inside smells weird and the car wash is usually dirty. It's good for a quick run in for gas but that's about it.
