to many homeless out here begging and stealing. this was a really nice store for the first year or so it was open. now I try not to stop here.
I love the fact that they have the cheapest gas in town with the GB deal, but they never have receipt paper and half of their pumps are out of service, or they only have premium grade. This seems to be a trend in the Conroe area with 7/11-sunoco stations. I buy a lot of gas for business and I always need a receipt. Thank God for the GB app, because I never have time to run in and stand inline for a gas receipt.
Parking lot is filthy. See clerk for receipt. Parking lines faded. I’m sure the inside of the store looks like the outside. Very unkept and dirty.

Good price for premium fuel. Pumps are old and not set up to use cards so you must go inside. Does not take Gas Buddy card. Nice people.
