to Mrs. Harvey I sat there and watched you drink that cup of coffee and then throw a fit because they charged you for a refill as well. and just for the record there are no new managers that are working at that location. all the staff is super friendly just as a neighborhood station should be. don't give a bad review because they seen you try and steal!

Always on the higher end of pricing, even a cent or two lower would be nice

They have good freezes

Store has gone down hill with the hiring of new Mgrs or Mgrs brought in from other stores to assist. Whoever trained these Mgrs did a terrible job, or did the best they could with what they had. By far, hands down, the best Mgr they have is Sharon Ortega. C/Srvc is a joke. Jim is awesome. Marg is hateful and rude and for some reason is allowed to get away with being like this. The young girls are too busy flirting to worry about their line backing up. And the middle-aged reps assume and treat older customers as if they're going to steal something. The lighting on the side of the bldg leaves a lot to be desired. It's dark and easily a place where something could happen. The inside is clean, but desperately needs to be updated to stay competitive with the new Ricker's down the road.
