Bad neighborhood, staff not very friendly, and gas/food/cigarette prices are higher here than at many nearby gas stations with nicer amenities and better everything. I never have reason to stop here unless I'm out of gas and even then I'd walk another mile to use the Sunoco up the street.
I get panhandled here frequently which is kind of annoying. The lighting is not good at night. The people who work here are friendly though and do what they can.
